Maybe they'll add shades like they had at the previous location. It's a sunny day in Seattle and so this area is suffering from a lot of direct light hitting the seating after 1pm. There are 3 two-person tables which would be nice, but they put solo pods facing them, so you feel like someone's just staring at you. Update: Moved to the very back corner and it's quieter. It would have been cool they'd turned the farthest in seating area into a speakeasy-type deal like they have in NYC, which probably would have given a quiet space. Overall, the lounge was well equipped and comfortable. The food buffet counter is located immediately in the middle of the lounge. The lounge area itself is typically quite full and occasionally difficult to get a seat in. I'll definitely take all these tradeoffs of a larger location in exchange for not having to typically wait 30-40 minutes to enter, but I do miss the intimacy of the old lounge a bit already. There's seating at the bar now, and when it's full/ish it's more awkward to order a drink than it was at the previous bar which was only an ordering queue.I saw people's arms touching the greens while going for dressing. The layout of the salad bar somehow still has you reaching over things to get at the salad dressing.
